Gorton radio is local to your community with news and events that will appear here on site each week. As part of our ongoing commitment to fully serve the local community Gorton Radio as teamed up with two popular and local stations. Strawberry sound online radio and Baldy radio Harpurhey along with Gorton radio will be working together to bring you the very best internet radio experience ever.
Ofcom has opened the door to a fresh intake of applications for community radio licences. This comes in response to significant interest expressed by more than 270 individuals and community groups wanting to take to the air and provide services for their local community.
The timetable for the Northwest region opens in January 2013 for 6 months and Gorton Radio is planning to apply
